The simple things are often the most useful!Using our in-house drill and routing processes we are able to manufacture custom machined parts of all shapes and sizes for use in electrical products and components.
Popular uses for our machined parts include insulators for power supplies that have been purchased as a complete unit from overseas- to stop any shorting on their metal case or mounting plates for various magnets and large electrical components. Washers and spacers are manufactured from a variety of materials and can include a self adhesive backing for easy application.

*NEW* We now stock Formex (flame retardant polypropylene) which has great electrical insulation properties. Available in a variety of thicknesses, black or white in colour and routed to your specification.
